El Congreso tiene ahora, por ley, 30 d\u00edas para revisar el acuerdo, allanando el camino para un documento ratificado entre el Departamento de Transporte de Estados Unidos y los socios locales a finales de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El congresista John L. Mica (FL-07), la congresista Corrine Brown (FL-05) y el congresista Alan Grayson (FL-09)<\/strong>&nbsp;emiti\u00f3 la siguiente declaraci\u00f3n sobre la presentaci\u00f3n del acuerdo por parte de FTA al Congreso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>El congresista Mica dijo:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cAhora que hemos recibido este documento, actuaremos para acelerar su aprobaci\u00f3n, de modo que el Acuerdo de Subvenci\u00f3n de Financiamiento Total (FFGA) pueda firmarse a finales de septiembre. No anticipo problemas t\u00e9cnicos en la aprobaci\u00f3n del pr\u00f3ximo tramo importante de nuestro sistema regional de trenes interurbanos. Esto ampliar\u00e1 enormemente el servicio para los usuarios. &nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>La congresista Brown continu\u00f3:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cLa finalizaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Subvenci\u00f3n de Financiamiento Total (FFGA) entre la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Tr\u00e1nsito (FTA) y SunRail es una gran noticia para los viajeros en Florida Central. Este acuerdo permitir\u00e1 que la Fase II Sur avance, brindando a m\u00e1s floridanos centrales una nueva opci\u00f3n de transporte y al mismo tiempo aliviar\u00e1 la congesti\u00f3n en las carreteras del \u00e1rea. Continuar\u00e9 trabajando con todas las partes interesadas locales, estatales y federales para asegurar fondos para la Fase II Norte\u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>El congresista Grayson concluy\u00f3:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cMe complace que despu\u00e9s de trabajar tan duro para incluir este proyecto en el Presupuesto del Presidente hace varios a\u00f1os, y luego reunirme continuamente con el Administrador de la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Tr\u00e1nsito (FTA) para asegurar que finalmente se acordara un acuerdo de financiamiento completo, el FTA ha anunciado que proporcionar\u00e1 hasta $93 millones para SunRail Fase II Sur, la financiaci\u00f3n se detendr\u00e1 en los condados de Orange y Osceola. Menos autom\u00f3viles en nuestras carreteras significa menos contaminaci\u00f3n, desplazamientos m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y tiempos de respuesta m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos por parte de los veh\u00edculos de emergencia. Dado que se espera que la poblaci\u00f3n del corredor I-4 se dispare en los pr\u00f3ximos 15 a\u00f1os, este servicio de tren ayudar\u00e1 a continuar con la alta calidad de vida que disfrutamos en el \u00e1rea de Orlando.
