Condado de Volusia \u2013 Este pr\u00f3ximo fin de semana, SunRail llevar\u00e1 a cabo m\u00e1s pruebas relacionadas con la implementaci\u00f3n del Control Positivo de Trenes (PTC). Los conductores y transe\u00fantes pueden esperar ver la actividad de los trenes SunRail en las v\u00edas del Corredor Ferroviario de Florida Central entre el puente del r\u00edo St. John y la ciudad de DeLand. Las pruebas est\u00e1n programadas para el s\u00e1bado 7 y el domingo 8 de septiembre. Se prev\u00e9 que el horario de las pruebas sea de 6 am a 6 pm ambos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las pruebas incluyen pruebas de frenos cuesta arriba y cuesta abajo a velocidades y pendientes definidas para verificar el rendimiento de frenado. El tren de pruebas de PTC es un tren m\u00e1s largo de lo que el p\u00fablico suele ver en el corredor. El tren de prueba consta de dos locomotoras, cuatro vagones y un vag\u00f3n-cabina para simular un tren SunRail totalmente ponderado.
