If you receive a red “X” when you tap off, refer to the message details on the screen and contact customer Service at 855-RAIL-411(724-5411) to resolve your issue. If you encounter an error with the validating unit, please notify the Ambassador if on-site, and try tapping on another device. If the above does not work, please refer to the contact information on the front of the machine and report it to Customer Service.
