The Maitland Station is located across the street from the Mercedes Benz of Orlando dealership and adjacent to the First Colony Bank building, just south of the Maitland Boulevard overpass, on U.S. Highway 17-92. The station is within walking distance of the city’s planned downtown redevelopment and new municipal complex, with easy access to shopping, restaurants and Lake Lily Park. The station features convenient Lynx stops and passenger drop-off/pick up areas.

Maitland city officials are working on plans to redevelop the area immediately surrounding the station with a mix of transit-friendly residential, commercial, retail and office developments including Maitland Station, a new residential community adjacent to the north end of the SunRail station, scheduled to open in 2017.
