Scout is Seminole County’s on-demand, rideshare service. No fixed routes, no bus stops, no complicated schedules. You choose when and where to go, and a Scout vehicle comes to you.
How To
For SunRail riders looking for affordable, on-demand transportation to and from the Sanford, Lake Mary, Longwood, or Altamonte Springs SunRail stations Monday through Friday between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Purchase Your Ticket/SunCard
Purchase and activate your SunRail tickets before boarding through the SunRail Mobile Ticket app, or at the station’s Ticket Vending Machines, and tap on before boarding.
Download the Freebee App
Book and pay in the Ride Freebee app. Riders who book in the app get a 50¢ discount on every ride.

Scout on-demand, rideshare service is fully ADA-compliant and includes dedicated features to support riders with disabilities and mobility needs. When booking in the Ride Freebee app, you can select the option for a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. This ensures that the right vehicle is dispatched to meet your needs.
Scout Fare
- $1 rides for trips that start or end at the nearest SunRail station.
- 50% off for seniors (65+), students, riders with disabilities, and income-eligible residents.
- $1 rides for Access Plus cardholders.
